I
am writing to let you know how delighted we are
with the superior quality of the flood door
recently supplied and fitted by Midland Window
Installations Ltd. and the professional way in
which it was fitted.
During the recent floods here in Gloucester, the
door itself proved to be very successful but
unfortunately water came up from the cavity and
entered the house. We received a visit from Mr
John Hoskins to check on the doors performance
and he has instructed contractors to supply a
resin coating to stop the cavity from filling up
again, as he feels sure that this will solve the
problem.

we regard the installation as a very
professional job. (My son has had experience in
this line of business) Colin and Mick were very
business like in there approach to the work
involved and were also very polite and friendly
and very tidy when clearing all the debris. I

Just a line to
thank you for all your efforts and those of your
staff, during the recent change to our windows
and patio doors. Quite frankly I was dreading
the event, but you all made it a most pleasant
experience. It was a pleasure to have your men
on site. They were clean and tidy in their work
and I have been pleasantly surprised at just how
little damage was caused to sills, stucco panels
and decorations. In a very short time we were
