About Us
Midland Windows Installations Ltd was
established in 1978, in Birstall by the current owner and
moved to the present premises in February 2007 from our
previous office in Birstall Village. The premises
incorporate a showroom and office. All our staff are health
and safety trained and hold the relevant certificates.
The company supplies and installs
PVC-u doors, windows, patio doors, conservatories, soffits
and fascia boards and PVC guttering. The Company's customers
include private individuals and householders, small
companies, plc's and local authorities. The company installs
the product using it's own fitters. In support of its status
in this chosen field, the company is a member of the
federation of Master Builders and operates to this
organisation's code of practice.
The customers' requirements are established through visits
to their site or house, following which a proposal is
prepared and submitted. When an order is received a full
survey is made and the requirements are specified. The
materials are ordered from the supplier and programmed for
fitting and installation. The client is invoiced when they
are fully satisfied with the work carried out.

We offer
a 10 year guarantee on all frames that we fit

5 year
guarantee on units (i.e. glass)

And a 1
year guarantee on window and door hardware (i.e.
handles, locks)
Once the work
is completed we will send you a guarantee certificate and
you will also receive a certificate from FENSA
